A little something I wrote earlier. . .

So ye Esco (from KLive) inspired me with his B-E-A-UTIFUL verse to Big L's "Devil's Son". So the original is up there and here's my verse to it. Enjoy (hopefully!!)

My Verse:
Lasting feelings of dreams I don't really know
Reprecussions of nightmares I try and let it go
Shake my head with weariness knock the thoughts from my mind
I feel the lick of flames of something not so divine
Mist swirls in my brain blocks out all common sense
Instinct kicks in, then my body starts to tense
Knowing that I shouldn't, knowing that it's wrong
But these evil thoughts have been straining so long
To break out of their cage like a lycan on full moon
To bring the apocalypse a bit too soon
Otherworldly power seems to reside deep within
The Devil's own fire erupts when I be spitting
All normal restraints seem to come undone
The end is near fore it already begun
I wanna do some evil shit on the level of dictators
I feel like I'm destined to help annihilators
Lead the way, after I've done my part
The darkness of my soul something to impart
Knowledge of cadavers, something from the dawn of time
How to hypnotise and break the mind in a rhyme
So as the world closes in I feel the air thicken
Thunder roars in the sky, lightning fiercely licking
Sky as red as blood as if every Crip in the hood
Did what I did, tore up blocks because they could
Ambition, power, greed and manipulation
Are the evils of the world, tempting complications
